photoclft0001.jpg

Bands Web Pageclick here

(The Clifton Brothers are Scott & Shanon Gregory and Adam & Dennis Dreyer)

HDM: What kind of music does the band play?
Scott: Pretty much just straight ahead rock, We play songs from alot of different genres but we do them with a force of power and drive. We do songs from the Monkey's to the Sex Pistols and Deep Purple to Joe Cocker

HDM: Whats's with the name The Clifton Brothers?
Scott: Well, We have all lived in the Clifton area all of our lives. And were two sets of brothers me and Shanon (bass).
Adam drums and Dennis keys.
HDM: Sounds like a blues band.
CB: yeah we here that alot.

HDM: Any gigs coming up soon?
Scott: Well we've been working alot on new songs for our next CD. but we're playing at an outside bikers, campers party June 28th in Georgton Ohio. I'm not sure if it's private party or not. We'll probably try a few of the new songs.

HDM: The Clifton Brothers have a pretty good following for only playing out a half dozen times a year.
Scott; Most of the followers are Cliftonites, old band mates, and musicians and usally alot of GIRLS too.

HDM: Your guitar's kinda different lookin'.
Scott: It's a Parker Fly, I have two of the and their both sweet as can be. but I do have have the standards also an old Les Paul and a U.S.A. Stratocaster. I got about 12 guitars all together, I think I'll start collecting them, if i can find anything else i like which is a smooth, fast and ballsy guitar.

Update 7/15/03

Scott: We did the Georgetown gig and it was a great time,
Thanks to Tom & Carol Cunningham for putting on a great party! The crowd loved us and playing outside is my favorite. I gotta chance to go out frount and listen to the rest of the band and it was crystal clear and sounded to good.
We maybe playing there again Labor day and someone ask about a pig roast I'll keep ya'll updated! Chow for Now!!
